Physical Goods
SHIPPING
Products are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, First Class Package, First Class Mail International, and First Class Package International. Shipping costs are flat rate based on type of product and number of quantity of product. All items will be sent a tracking code to the email you provide during checkout with the exception of sticker-only orders that select FREE SHIPPING on checkout.
U.S. shipping can take anywhere from 5-7 business days after date of order processing. Due to COVID-19, International shipping can take an unknown period of time. Orders are processed typically within 2-5 business days, unless your order contains a pre-order or backordered item. Pre-order items are always marked within the item description. Orders that contain a pre-ordered or backordered item will be processed as the items come in.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I do not accept returns or cancellations on any orders that have been fulfilled and shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been marked as complete, please contact me immediately at contact@chiherah.com and I will give you a full refund.
If you are unhappy with your product after you receive it, please contact me!
I am not responsible for any packages once they are with the shipping service. Any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged may have a case opened by me with the shipping company. If you would like to add additional insurance to your order, please contact me!
CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you need to make an edit to your order, please contact me immediately at contact@chiherah.com.
When making an order, please enter your information carefully. I am not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided upon the order being placed. Shipping change requests placed after the order is marked as completed will either be unable to be honored, or subjected to a secondary shipping fee for label re-printing. If you placed an order with a pre-ordered or backordered item that may take longer to fulfill and need to change your shipping address, please contact me immediately.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
For physical items, you are not allowed to resell, redistribute, copy or otherwise claim my work as your own. Redistributing or reselling my work where not permitted is a punishable offense by law.
Digital Goods
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, copy or otherwise claim my work as your own. You are not allowed to upload or send purchased files to any other person or site for distribution, other than where the individual products allow (ie. Discord icons may be uploaded to Discord for use). Redistributing or reselling my work where not permitted is a punishable offense by law. Using digitally purchased art of mine as marketing material, freebies, or other physical recreations or printed versions is only allowed if you are not profiting off my work. For example, commissioned art may be used for sticker trades or giveaways, but you may not sell stickers of your characters that I drew, unless a percentage commission has already been agreed upon and we are under a resell contract. You may contact me for more information regarding this.
COMMISSION TIMELINES AND TERMS
For digital commissions, timelines are as specified in product descriptions. A 50% deposit is required upfront for all digital commissions. The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the final art (sent via email fully watermarked at a reduced DPI). You are able to request changes and revisions once per feedback stage (Sketch, Lines & Base Color, Final). Upon approval and after remaining balance has been paid, the digital piece will be sent via Google Drive link, where you may securely download the original sized final files.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not available on any fully-paid digital downloadable goods, regardless of intent or download status.
You may cancel a commission at any time; however, deposits on commissioned items are only refundable if your order has not been started on yet. Upon receiving an initial sketch, orders are no longer eligible for a deposit refund.
